TLDR: I Got Karen'd. She called the police on me. Old white lady super rude to me in store. I ask her why she's being rude to me. She says, "I'M BEING RUDE BECAUSE YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THE MECHANICS OF A BIKE!" Wow, really? I leave because I no longer want their service. Pack up my bike in my car. Owner(old white male) comes outside and threatens to "Lay me out". I put my hands up to defend myself, Karen(old white lady) calls the police and says that i'm on drugs. LOL This place is a joke. Very helpful and knowledgeable about bikes. Not at all pushy.
Extremely knowledgable, honest and you just can't beat the prices! The bike shop has been around for years and they seem to always be able accommodate your bike needs. They seem to stay very cool, calm and collected even though some of the people that come in are really rude. They did not have a bike that I was looking for but were able to order it for me. Extremely happy and highly reccomend it!!
