NEW CLIENTS, BEWARE! My parents were clients here for several years and they got dropped as well (see other reviews). Like previous comments, I know it was also discriminatory because of the size of the account. On top of that, I have been making phone calls, for almost a year now, being tossed back between the IRS and SSA because they misspelled my mom's name in every form for the past 5 years--which means that my mom hasn't been getting her work credits! They did my taxes for over a decade and when I started making a lot of money they started discriminating against me because I was an Adult model. If you work in the entertainment industry be wary of this..
