Christian Carson was my lawyer for a few years for a land contract I was trying to make void. He was never able to get a forfeiture of the contract and told me it could cost $5-10,000. I switched to another attorney and he took it to court and had a forfeiture within a few months for less than $1000. I would not recommend this law firm. I sought them out because they are supposed experts in property law, but that isn't the case. Look elsewhere.
We're from New York and we were reffered to Christian Carson in connection with the sale of a large parcel real estate in a county distant from Cuyahoga County where Christian is based. Christian took charge. He did everything while we remained in New York. He knew were all the documents would be, had to be filed and who the players would be.
