I neglected to ask about their return policy. It is as follows: return for a full STORE credit or return for a 30% restocking fee. Salesman told me they never had a lift chair returned. I guess that’s true! Just wanted everyone to know there return policy. By the way RC Willey had the same chair for $600.00 less!

Awesome help from Blaine. Moving and had to do everything over the phone, but he looked at what we inquired about and helped find what we actually needed for beds. Also, helped with a last minute schedule change and has been super professional.
