Very pleasant experience working with Ruth and Carson Home Furnishings. No pressure in making a purchase but Ruth helped us pick out exactly what we were look for and we are so excited for our new furniture. My husband and I had been to other furniture stores where the salesman was so aggressive and ruined the experience for us, it was the opposite with Ruth and Carson Home Furnishings.

I neglected to ask about their return policy. It is as follows: return for a full STORE credit or return for a 30% restocking fee. Salesman told me they never had a lift chair returned. I guess that’s true! Just wanted everyone to know there return policy. By the way RC Willey had the same chair for $600.00 less!
