Terrible, rude customer service.
Thought about a break from Arvest since Arvest doesn’t have a loan officer in Stilwell, so the wife and I went to talk to Carson bank in Stilwell. We just wanted to talk to them and see what he could do for us and maybe open an account and consolidate some bills. We added it up PRIOR to going in and we are bringing around $1.2m to the table but the mortgage loan officer didn’t even have the courtesy of giving us any time or even letting us know that he was busy.
