The client (my former partner) clearly sought legal consultation about payment via solicitor's trust account for settement proceeds. I engaged Graham Carson from Carson & Associates for my family law matter. My experience had some positive aspects - he provided a very helpful and informative first appointment, and then did assist with some guidance in responding to an application for family court consent orders - but overall I was disappointed with the quality of service for the cost once on retainer.
