Both were for trying to get money tat wasn't his. Jusde stated "less than credible" testimony. He has been in Carson City courts. Read filings in Justice Court.

Nothing but junk. The owner is a skilled salesman who will lead you down the primrose path. Other places on 50E are much better. And....they are honest.
