I signed a contract with CarShipCentral for an agreed upon price and date for pick-up of my motorcycle. The date had passed with no contact from anyone. The day after I get a call saying they have a truck that can pick up my motorcycle but the price had gone up. I told them no I did not want to continue with their service. Then they want to charge me $200 for not going through with the contract. Even though they could not honor the agreement conditions. This place sucks ass. Not an honest broker. Make sure you do you due diligence. They are brokers, not actual carriers and they lure you with the lowest quote. When the delivery time comes, they will tell you the actual quote. You may think you can walkaway but the contract you signed has a clause for "cancellation charges". Their fee is locked in once you sign the contract. Actual transportation cost and delivery date are totally unknow.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Kevin Vargas quoted lower than market price to get the contract signed. The driver didn't show up. When I complained, Kevin found another driver for 2 times the original quote. I lost confidence in them and found a different shipper. For "cancelling" the contract, they charged $200.

Unreliable and unprofessional, after agreeing to terms and taking payment I was literally omw to storage to meet the driver and he calls and cancels. Left work early and made arrangements for delivery. This was on a Thursday and we did not hear back until Monday. Felix then tried to increase the price, if you are on any type of schedule I would not trust this service.
