Absolutely horrible service!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have called them dozens of times for a transmission issue my car is having. They use a third-party inspection service and can't seem to contact them directly. They push it off on the garage and then the garage can't get a hold of anyone. I've had my car at the garage for an inspector to look at it and they don't show, then CarShield blames the garage. Today I asked for a manager at Carshield and they say that it will take 24/48 hours for a call back. Just another bad... read more
