This company is a Rip Off. They don't honor anything that is promised during the purchase. BEWARE
My dealings with the company have been a bit frustrating. When I purchased the contract, I was not informed that I would need receipts for any service done to my vehicle for up to one year before the actual purchase of the contract. So, when my vehicle actually needed repair, this caused the work and approval to be held up for at least two weeks. Once I got past this, all was well until it was time to pay for the repair...
