We had a great experience dealing with Tolu Adetomiwa. He was very professional, honest, and explained all the options clearly and in full.
Clearly they don’t bother to review their documents before they send them out to WRONG homeowners. Hired by equium property management to enforce HOA fees. After reviewing the documents forwarded to my email regarding HOA fees I was confused to why I was receiving a legal action to pay HOA fees when I paid them, when I read the whole document they had put my name as the owner of a house that I do not own.
