I worked for them for almost 5 years, so glad they are finally getting busted....the only charities that received the designated monies, was when the donor would call back again and again to check or to complain...which was rare...clearly they just assumed, (as did I) that if you donated a car, and wanted the proceeds to go to Save the Children or the like, one would never guess it was going for Patti or Jesse's 3rd house, or Cadillac... pathetic individuals, yet very successful at their rip off for years and years. They DID pick up my car and handle the paperwork. They not only never sent me a voucher for what my chosen charity received, so I never had any proof, they did not disclose an actual amount. I got a vague letter saying it was sold for "under $500". They are now being sued by our state Attorney General, Kamala Harris, for illegal practices, keeping the money and not giving it to charities. I am sure the amount they say they received for the car is made up as well. DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST ORGANIZATION.
