I stopped by this charcoal chicken & souvlaki spot in Carrum a few days ago, and it was seriously impressive. They use a proper horizontal charcoal spit for the lamb, with the juices rolling around and basting the meat as it cooks. The result is incredible: a rich charcoal aroma, a perfect crispy outside, and juicy, tender meat inside. You can taste the difference straight away. Love the owners are still the same, and still dish out quality food. Especially even compared to other Charcoal Chicken Shops. Best one for sure, Carrum. Thanks guys for yr ongoing brilliance. Best lamb.
Food was amazing ! My daughter loved her crispy, chicken salted chips and cornjack . I had a traditional lamb souvlaki and it was packed with meat and tasty as !! Definitely coming back here again
Smash Burgers here are proper on another level, so much flavour 10/10, so are there chips and everything else on there menu especially the charcoal chicken!
