I have really bad experience with this bank. Loan administrator emailed me to return a check to me because it got over paid but when i emailed them back, they never returned my email or sent my check. When i emailed them again, no reply; called them, no answers at all.

I have had the worst experience attempted to “work” with Stephanie Krause and Kim Roemer. They don’t return phone calls, respond to emails at 4:00pm then don’t respond the next day until the afternoon again, and are just overall making my experience awful. I actually bank with Carrollton in Alton IL so why I even received a letter from them when they knew they weren’t going to assist me is weird. Thankfully the people at the Alton location are much more competent
