The only thing more amazing than the bank itself are its people. I’ve been doing business with them for over 5 years and my experience has been 5 stars! For any type of loan need I would call Evan or Melissa at the Des Peres branch!
I have banked here for decades and love it. Since they have changed software for their iPhone banking system, it has not gone well. Once again today, the system is down as it was yesterday afternoon. This has been an ongoing issue ever since they changed to the new vendor. I hope somebody in management is trying to change to a different vendor. I’ve talked to the manager at the Bank, who is very nice and informed me that they are, I’m sure it takes a long time to switch vendors, but this is getting extremely old considering ... read more
