Their prices were better than the big corporate suppliers, and the quality of my Blackbutt timber is excellent. A long standing family business that really cares about their customers — knowledgeable, reliable, and always a pleasure to work with. First time dealing with Carroll's. Friendly, helpful, prompt customer service. My small order of plywood is quite delicate and I was blown away by the great care they took to ensure it was protected for loading and transport. Wrapped in cheap ply and cardboard angle for max protection then strapped to 4x2s for easy loading. Seriously the best care I've ever seen! Bravo John, Colin and your team!
Upon looking for timber for my extension I stumbled upon Carroll's Wholesale Timber online. Dealing with John and Colin over the phone to organise delivery to Coffs Harbour was a breeze, the turn around was fast and their knowledge and advice on suitable/better products was fantastic and their prices are the best in the area. I will be using them again on future projects and will be highly recommend them to friends and family.
