Ida was amazing. She did an excellent job reupholstering our office furniture.
I am leaving this review for my mother-in-law. Carroll's was hired to reupholster two sofas in her condo. Over a year later, there are numerous wrinkles and folds that are not uniform and look awful. Carroll's has tried to fix one of the sofas but unfortunately they don't have the ability to do the quality work required. She has since had to hire a second company to redo both sofas.
