When seeking to do business with a company, I always read the reviews. I don't care how many five stars I see, I am always looking for that one diguntled customer to see how the issue was resolved. Thank you for those of you that stated your trues, It helped me make the right decision.
I am glad I was saved the hassle. I setup a consultation with this guy on a Friday. Confirmed it was free. Sent my case file with all the documentation for review over the weekend, including my personal information. Within the documentation wrote down I was schedule for another consultation meeting, with a different attorney, (this is how I see what kind of person I'm dealing with). John Carroll represented me several times when I was a young knucklehead and got me a 2nd chance at life. My father told me that if you ever need a lawyer, you better get a good one! I agree with that. Payment to a good lawyer is money well spent. Ed Nuttall represented me later on in a custody battle and got me custody of my two kids. Got recommended by a family member and it was the best decision I made was going with these guys I worked with Edward and every step was straight forward and easy and he explained everything very well definitely recommend.
Lacked demonstration of pursuit for resolve - regardless the severity of the case, my experience felt sub-par at best. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the particular care with my case that most people would expect from a renowned firm.
