While my experience with the Carroll Law Office had some challenges, I appreciate that they ultimately took steps to address and resolve the concerns I raised. I was able to read the transcripts from one of his court hearings and had first hand witness of the incompetence. Please trust reviews and go to an attorney that might be a little bit more expensive but worth it in the long run. Cheap is costly.

I hired James Carroll to represent me in a restraining order case, and I left the process feeling unrepresented and unprepared. He did not meet with me prior to any trial, did not respond to most of my emails or calls, and submitted only a small portion of the evidence I gave him. In court, he did not cross-examine the opposing party and asked me very few questions while I was on the stand.
