The Carroll Advisory Group is an excellent financial advisory agency that my husband and I used when approaching our retirement. Devin Carroll and his staff are extremely professional, as well as honest and transparent. Communication with Devin and his staff was always prompt, timely as well as comfortable. They listened to our specific concerns as well. They were so helpful guiding us through every step, as we we went through the process of preparing for and living in retirement.
We held an introductory meeting with Devin via zoom with no issues. We decided to proceed we paid the fee and then an agreement needed to be signed. Carroll group does this vis electronic signature (Docusign). When I got the email it was not working. I sent emails and pictures of what it was doing.
