We've been so impressed with this company. They are always responsive and helpful in all areas. We had a cooler recently go down and the supplier couldn't fix it, could not figure out what the problem was after a couple of trips, Carroll's technician came out once and had it fixed quickly and we've had no further issues with it. We are a small operation and they treat us like we are a priority always.

We just started our very first pizzeria and it has been a little bumpy on the way. The only thing that got us through were the guys at Carrol Food Service Repairs. We bought a used middleby oven that needed more than just TLC. The guys at Carrol got the machine working pristine and got it looking like it was new.
