Jeff Bilanko and Suki Kaplan represented my company in an HR matter in 2018. At that time I was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) - I was in charge of company operations - HENCE THEIR RESPONSE BELOW IS A LIE. The CEO at that time (their client) was later removed by the shareholders for losing $4.8M on a startup. Subsequent to representing my company, Suki and Jeff chose to represent the disgraced CEO (also a shareholder) in a $2M lawsuit against the other two shareholders (including myself).
