They have roaches in the refrigerator, they let their patients stay in a wet diapers for three to fours before they get changed, they have C-Diff in their facility ,they don't have a nutritionist to make sure that they eat healthy, they serve peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for their dinner they don't make sure that their clients get physical therapy or counseling if they need it. I occasionally visit CPOT and was blown away by the level of customer service the place have improved by. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure all the needs for the residents were met. They really go above and beyond !

As the Admissions Director at Carrington Place I am proud to work with such a caring team of employees. The care is not only excellent but given with passion for our residents. From nursing to therapy as well as dietary and housekeeping Carrington Place is a 5 star facility. Our residents are like family and treated like family.

Amazing facility! Great activities for the residents, Great healthy food choices, Amazing Therapy. Wonderful put together Team they have at this facility!
