I ordered chairs and provided my own fabric with picture of how the upholstery should run. The chairs came and it was all wrong. Correcting the issue took a long time and customer service was poor. Their phones ring to voice mail and response times when during business hours are poor. I had to constantly follow up to their mistakes and missed delivery times.
