These guys are very bad unprofessional.?they are rude they leave everything incomplete all the orders I have asked. As you can see the picture the trailer cracked still there about the size of one feet. I also told them fix it my light on passenger still not working. They keep my trailer for one week and charge me $1,200 with the pm service. I don’t even think they have done any pm service in on my trailer engine. I don’t trust them please stay away theses guys.
I would give them "NO stars" if I could. Girls in the office? Excellent! 5 stars all the way! The "Techs"? 0 stars. Lost, confused and untalented. My truck will never enter their shop again. Worse repair service I've ever experienced in 36 years of driving.
500 to just look at your equipment. Be prepared to pay people to stand around and over charged. They don't care about you coming back and being a returning customer... Rochester NY just as bad really no surprise. Same company.
