I attempted to have her open an LLC for my business partner and I. After a few months of calling her numerous times and getting the run around I told her secretary to forget about it, and that I would take my business elsewhere. This process should have taken no nore than 2 weeks. Well, more than 4 months later I received a bill in the mail in her attempts to collect her fee for setting up the LLC. Terrible, terrible business practice and no ethic.
Carrie did a great job on my taxes! She did a professional job and when done, she presented everything in an efficient manner.
Have tried several times to make an appointment here, and got stalled each time. When I could get thru to Carrie, she was extremely helpful over the phone, and very nice. In speaking with her, I asked if she would mind being in communication with my financial advisor, concerning assets. She said she would be fine with that. My financial advisor tried to reach her numerous times, to communicate, and got stalled each time by her staff. ( He was never able to reach her, or apparently even get a message thru to her!)
