Carrie is the most Beautiful person you could ever hope to meet. She is kind, helpful and makes you feel so comfortable, even when you're scared of what procedure is happening. Wonderful experience and I was nervous not exactly sure how the whole process would go for my first platelet plasma injection. Carrie was very thorough in explaining how the procedure would go and what to expect during and after, she even followed up with me later the same evening to check and see how I was doing.
