My visits were always met with a professional attitude, kindness and knowledge. Ms Copeland was with us for so many visits and lots of concerns as well as in labor and we had a great experience with her. I have seen her prior to pregnancy for normal gyn visits and so happy to have a provider we love and trust! The office staff is always very nice as well.
The ditzy-iest, most condescending health care provider with no bedside manner or common awareness. After 2.5-3 years of TTC, medicated cycles, IUI, HSG, Endo Lap to successfully remove endo, I got pregnant. TW: I miscarried 8 days later. This “provider” decided it was best to first puff up her ego by stating twice, how long she’s been working this job, and then to second, give me a lecture on us young girls test too much and need to let “Mother Nature do its thing”. Providers are human and I know you all get busy and are overdrawn in the current healthcare system from what I have seen. But I will say that Carrie Copeland, CNM Really takes the time and makes the effort to ensure you feel comfortable and confident In what is happening under her care. I had an unusual type of result, and she took many steps and researched what was happening, which led to doing further tests and ultimately realized I had a very early stage of ovarian cancer. If I could give zero stars I would. Ms. Copeland was incredibly unprofessional during my appointment. With every question I asked her I either was dismissed completely or she would respond with an rude attitude while telling me she doesn't understand my work environment and could not tell me anything to help me.
