Very Happy with my home here at Carriage Trails. Recently there have been changes in Management and Maintenance some things have declined as a result but hope that these things will work themselves out as the new people learn their positions and the people who live here. I am proud of my home and want to feel that management will continue to value the property as well as the good tenants.

I absolutely love living here at Carriage Trails! In all of the places I have lived over the last 45 years, I can honestly say that it truly feels like being home each time I walk in my door. I have never felt that at any other residence I have owed or rented. The staff here are wonderful. Our neighbors really make you feel like you are part of a family and a true sense of community . I really hope to make Carriage Trails our last home. I never want to leave.
