Facility staff is amazing and advocates for their clients treating them with compassion, respect and as family. Amazingly clean, new refurbishments, staff extremely helpful, and attentive.
Place is a good place to work for and we care for the residents
Please don’t work here. They treat their employees like garbage. They say you are “part of their family” to guilt you into doing anything for them. Then if you need help or need a break or a vacation or to talk about workplace problems, suddenly the “family” guise disappears and you are on your own. They don’t have time for your personal life, nor do they care.
