I bought a track for my daughter for christmas and it arrived broken. I emailed the company a few days after christmas and received a response requesting the broken track sections and my original receipt, so I sent back all the information and haven't heard back from them since. It has been almost a month. Very disappointed, my daughter was so excited to play this race track and asks me every day when it will be fixed.
The best I ever bought only probelm is I thought it's was rechargeable. I stepped on one of the cars the first day I bought it my 5 years old could not wait for me to be done setting it up now I need one more car where can I buy a single car I pd R1300 in South Africa. A bit expensive but very good and reliable set.
where can i buy a carrera 1/24 kit in nj and other stuff to expand in the future?
Carrera is awesome! I recently had an issue with one of the controllers and called them (and free of charge sent out a new controller!) They are awesome. The slot car racing definitely provides hours of fun. Thank you so much :)
