Overall, we had a good experience with the girls in the showroom. They were very helpful and we purchased two Toto toilets. But when we installed the first one we noticed how flimsy the plastic lid was. The seat was good but the lid felt cheap. So we went to Lowe's and bought another one. Unbeknownst to us, Carr Supply has a 7 day return policy. Lesson learned on the first toilet, we went ahead and bought another toilet seat from Lowe's.
