They were the best tax preparers, but since they sold, you can't talk to person working on your account, (Melissa) won't use them anymore. I've been been with them 17 years
Worst tax experience of my life. I was doing taxes for at least 10 years with RICCI, before bought out by this awful heartless, careless corporation. For ten years NEVER had mistakes. It is now August there are still mistakes being discovered. I am on the fifth set of mistakes. I paid more to get taxes done this year then I ever had just to be hit with mistake after mistake and late fee after late fee. I should’ve done it myself. completely not worth it.
