WASTE OF TIME! I made my appointment a week in advance just to be told in the meeting that although there were 3 weeks to prepare my taxes they would be unable to file my taxes in time and I would need to file an extension. The best part was being told "We told all of our existing clients that if they did not get in the day before my appointment that they would also have to file for an extenuation." However since I was not an "Existing Client" I was not informed of this when I made the appointment! I WOULD HAVE GONE SOMEWHER... read more
