Terrible order my rug guy told me it would be 1 week.went there to pick it up nobody was there doors were locked .went back next day which was a Saturday there supposed to open at 10 again nobody showed waited until 10:45 .still haven't got my rug or a phone call.unless this guy has a family emergency that I don't know about.this is horrible business.

Extremely disappointed. At first it was great picking out samples, the owner let me bring them home to match my existing floor. After we picked one and ordered the owner said he had an installer that would get the job done quicker and cheaper than his team. We were told it would be about $500 for install, cash only. It ended up being $750 but we were still ok with it at this point. Installer came ripped up the existing carpet and put the floor down. John was wonderful from start to finish! Installation was done perfect very professional! Would highly recommend for carpets. They are great people!! Will definitely be returning when we are ready to do more rooms in our home!
