They were quick to respond me and schedule my appointment. Excellent communication and explanations of how to resolve the hight discrepancy between carpet to the tile as well as needing to stretch the carpet to reach the new tile. Marcelo was professional, friendly and quick.

Chris and his team listened to what I was needing done and took the time to answer all my questions! He went the extra mile as well and didn't charge me more than he quoted! He even clarified some things, answered additional questions I had and gave his advice on what he thinks the real issues are, which gave me peace of mind knowing I wasn't the cause of the issue, and suggestions for the homeowner as well, in a follow up call after the job was completed! Professional, they clean up after. Left our carpet looking great. We had stretching done to our carpet. Now you could never tell it was loose and wavy.They also installed a 5x5 landing with carpet. Would definitely recommend!
