We called Albert because we needed to put new carpet in my Mother’s bedroom (dog pee). She had been in rehab and was getting out early and we wanted it done before she came back home. Wanted to replace carpet in 2 rooms but not spend a lot for spare bedrooms. Also wanted to support a local business and not use a chain store. This fit the bill perfectly, excellent customer service, reasonably priced and fast, professional installation. Will definitely return for next carpeting project.

The owner was great and accommodating but unfortunately the workers did not do a quality job installing our carpet. We told them before hand that our stairs are all different sizes and would need to be done one at a time or marked for the correct spot. The workers did not listen and took them all out and replaced them where they did not belong. This caused gaps in between the stair and wall, screws to fall out/ need replaced because they were jammed into the wrong spot and one of my stairs actually broke out of the wall when... read more
