Idk why they deleted my review, but I’m sure it was along the lines of they bait and switched me on real carpet to cheap junk. Then offered to use a better carpet and when they came out didn’t have enough. So half the carpet in my house doesn’t match and now of course all of the cheaper carpeted areas are falling apart. The rooms with the better carpet I asked to have used in the whole house stayed fine. Really sad a few years later 3/4 of the carpet in the house will need to be replaced.
Ordered same flooring from five years ago to continue into in the adjoining room. Al said it would match with for it was good quality. Yes it worked! I had it done. The job was done by Jose. Jose gets a 10 rating he’s passionate about his work. He’s like a perfectionist. Thank you Jose and Al thank you for giving great service. I’m a repeat customer because of service and cost.
Carpet Warehouse is so professional. We just had carpet installed for 3 bedrooms, hall, and steps which is absolutely beautiful. Carpet is luxurious yet affordable. Al and team are truly experts!
