Simon was fantastic from start to finish. I was able to get hold of him on the phone quickly and it was easy to arrange an appointment (next business day) and the estimate was very reasonable (and proved to be accurate). The carpets which were stained from heavy soling during our extension have come up even better than we hoped they would. I can’t recommend highly enough; we will certainly use Simon again - thank you!
