Mike made the carpet selection and installation process easy from start to finish. He helped me choose the right carpet for my space and offered a great range of options. Despite my tight timeline, everything was executed seamlessly. He was also very responsive and answered all of my questions along the way. I would definitely recommend working with him!
In december two thousand twenty five, we had carpet installed in the living room.Dining room and bedroom.The installers were very good.Actually, they stopped working to show me that there was a problem with the pattern of the carpet.They immediately called the owner of the store.Let him know what was happening.Well, what transpired months later was very shocking to our family.Their customer service helped us replace the defective carpeting. From the beginning of the process to the end the service and product were fantastic. Mike Potempa followed up with phone calls and was very knowledgeable about the entire process. When we started shopping there was no pressure at all. The installers were fantastic as well!! Great place to shop for flooring!
I had a project that was about 1100 square feet. And after speaking with Mike, the sales manager, I went to the store and he was very helpful with helping me understand what carpet would best fit my needs in my price range and he came out to my home to measure the next day. They were able to provide me a quote that I thought was very fair and had the carpet installed soon after. If you have a flooring project, I would recommend Carpet Interiors.
