I had my new carpeting installed yesterday and everything was excellent. From the time that Mike came to our house with samples, his vast knowledge of the different carpet types and recommendations, through the installation (which was done by 2 very respectful and professional men) the experience was excellent! Thank you to Mike and the installation crew!
Had a great experience recently with my carpet purchase from Carpet Interiors in Orland Park. I dealt with the sales manager Mike Potempa who was very helpful in steering me toward a carpet no only beautiful in my bedroom and loft but also durable enough for installation on stairs. I was very happy to work with Paul, Mike and installers! I had my whole basement and stairs finished with carpet and it looks absolutely amazing. They were also able to work with me on availability with my work schedule. Mike came out and measured within 15 minutes. I set up a date for the following week that worked with my schedule.
