I did not have a good experience. DON'T pay in full until they deliver the rug. The high end carpet store I usually get my wool rugs through in Baltimore closed up shop so I had limited choices of who to deal with. Tough to get sales people's attention in the store. The staff doesn't know their selection that well (I asked for wool, what I bought was a wool blend, the only reason I knew was I called the manufacturer after the fact and they told me).
