Terrible customer service, completely incompetent personnel, for the service they provide they're a joke!
When depositing a check they are requiring a 7 day hold.. I asked if this was due to fraud specific to my account. The teller said no it’s policy across the board. The check was from Wilson Mckshane, which is literally 2 doors down. This is a huge inconvenience. Maybe use some discretion with certain customers instead of treating everyone like second class citizens.
