Terrible customer service! The online banking and card not being tied together is a joke! Their website, is far from user friendly and that's coming from a very computer savvy person. Just give me my money so I can be done with this "credit union". How do I know if ya'll input my email address correctly when I can't see it? I've waited over 45 minutes for an activation code that never came! Yup, email typo on my end. How could I have known since it’s x’ed out? Thanks to Kim’s email for pointing this out.
After subjecting myself to countless terrible banking encounters with this establishment I’ve finally removed all of my money. On more than 5 occasions I have had the pleasure of working with Megan. Each time it’s been an experience to say the least. Zero patience, zero class, and an attitude that is far below acceptable. I even called back after and talked to a so called “supervisor” and explained the situation.
