I hired Allen Browning for my domestic battery charge. I paid a retainer fee of $4000 to handle my case. He passed it on to Steve Carpenter for some reason unknown. Steve handled my case in court totally unprepared and unprofessional. I would not recommend Mr. Carpenter as criminal defense since he does not specialize in that field.
