Always professional and informative.
Very professional
Extremely expensive, with little to no positive results. They attempted to double-bill our HOA on a case which ended up costing the HOA tens of thousands of dollars with no real results that benefitted any of the residents of the HOA. In fact, their actions resulted in an increase of dues of over $40,000 for one year, for just 79 homeowners! If I could give them zero stars, I would.
