I have been a Company driver for Carpathian Way for a few years, and the company has grown by leaps and bounds! They strive for excellence and provide their drivers with the best trucks and trailers. For the information of driver candidates: 1. Communication with the office is via SMS messages, it is impossible to get through to the office, the driver's requests to call instead of text are ignored. That is, either you will violate the rules by communicating via text messages while driving, or you are forced to stop every time you receive a message from the office; 2. The company has a VERY strange approach to communication with drivers. Office employees only write messages on the phone or by email, it is NOT REAL to get through to the office, both during working hours and outside of working hours, they simply do not pick up the phone! I remind you that according to the current DOT rules, truck drivers are PROHIBITED from reading and sending messages while driving, but the Company's office employees provoke truck drivers to break the law!
