Been with Carpathia at this location for over two years, all staff are very friendly, always polite, other reviews are not accurate to the service quality and general helpfulness of Carpathia and staff. Also for those reading a perticular review. The reason they ask if you're of Ukranian descent is because you may be eligible for certain voting benefits of the board, a free chequing account for life.
