Carp Physio is such a great place to get in shape! They have several amazing trainers; who, by the way are all in great shape For someone my age, Kathy is the grand dame! I’ve been an athlete for years; she has helped me to slow down and do things right… Everyone there is great! Try it out; see what you think

Wonderful people, clean, bright and modern facilities. Excellent treatment, caring and empathetic towards Seniors. Superb experience!!
My dad likes the staff.
For local patients is a practical alternative. You get a full hour of well needed exercises in a small space. They tend to overbook their staff and you might end up with a very beginner "therapist" even when your appointment was with the head of the team. Fortunately the staff is nice and help each other. Some don't pay enough attention to the form though, so it's up to you to be sure you're learning the exercises in the correct form.
