Great instruction and support from Kathy, Alexis and Katelyn at Carp Physio as I work on my recovery from Reverse Shoulder Replacement Surgery in late August!
Love these guys - - too bad i know them so well over the years (help with whiplash from a car accident.. then tendon that popped while hiking... then knee after a slip and fall by a hotel pool.. now we are doing shoulder work..sigh.) Anyway all the trainers are amazing - i just give them a hard time about music choices some times. HIghly recommended!!
