Great place, very friendly atmosphere
The staff genuinely care about the residents at Carp Commons. I've had positive interactions with everyone: the landlord, nurses, personal care workers, dining staff, receptionists, cleaners, maintenance crew and even volunteers. I'm continually impressed by the variety of activities available and the cleanliness of the building as a whole. Members of the memory care team are especially skilled, patient, respectful and kind. Thank you.
I was thoroughly impressed after our initial tour. First few days after move-in, I was amazed; staff went above and beyond our expectations. So much relevant an me accessible programming, amazing and varied food options. And the community culture is fantastic! So many great residents there. We had such a positive experience with Carp Commons while moving my mom in. The building itself is beautiful, clean, and has such a warm, home-like feel, which really helped make the transition easier. Moving into a new place can be a big adjustment, but Rebekah made the whole process feel easy and supported from start to finish.
