I would highly recommend Carolyn's cottage to anyone looking for assisted living for a loved one. My grandpa was a resident here and they were beyond a beautiful home. It felt like coming home every time we came to visit. No need to "check-in" with the front desk, it was just so welcoming. The staff at Carolyns cottage were always easy to talk to. The owner Michelle and her aides took loving, wonderful care of my mom during her final days. The house was spotlessly clean , beautifully maintained and they were able to give mom the 24/7 care she needed and deserved. Every need for mom was met with dignity and kindness. Everyone was so kind and made a very difficult time for us a little easier. I'm forever grateful for all of you. The family of Mary Smith

It’s not a bad place but I feel there should be more professionalism. This was a long time ago, but I had concerns regarding Carolyn's cottage, where I experienced unprofessional treatment, ultimately leading to my termination for discussing my daughter when i was freshly postpartum and it was my first time getting away from my daughter and politely requesting respectful communication, as I was new to the role.

They took very good care of my father after he was discharged from OSU hospital with hospice care.

Worse place to work for, residents are great. It's the two faced lying caregivers and the owner. Extremely high turn over rate, you can work your self to death, never miss a day and still get mistreated. Further more I own my own company and this is not how you run a business.
