UNSAFE! The owner sleeps on the third shift and leaves residents alone for 6-8 hours during the night. Don’t take the residents out on outings upon telling family members that they will. NO wheelchair accessible vehicle, The Med Cart is UNLOCKED and residents have access to it if they get into it. Residents go without important meds as they neglect to refill them even though it’s written in the books. Rodents throughout the home and don’t take priority in the care of the RESIDENTS. So sad. Don’t put your family here
