Terrible, just awful. Not sure what this woman's own issues are but she thought she was better than me as a human being. Charged extortionate rates and when I asked her for a short letter for my attorney she wouldn't do it for less than $100 and thought she was doing me a favor!! I hope she had a nice time with the money minus the cost of the postage stamp and envelope. Completely heartless and unhelpful. I dont care how many letters you have after your name.
