In each session, I take an integrative approach to accommodate each clients’ indivivual needs, uniquely blending modalities whether providing a deep, area specific, or relaxing massage. I offer modalities in deep-tissue, Swedish, sports injury/rehab, neuromuscular therapy, connective-tissue, and prenatal. I send my clients home with self-care tools to continue their healing and growth towards optimal health.

Carolyn is a gifted massage therapist & is incredibly intuitive. I have been seeing her regularly for many years (originally started when I was being treated for an injury) & consider my appointments with her to be an important part of my wellness routine. I highly recommend Carolyn & am sorry to see her move ; Flagstaff's loss is Tucson's gain.
Carolyn does an AMAZING job! It was one of the best massages I have ever received. I felt like she was having a conversation with my muscles - completely understanding what my body needs from a massage. Equally relaxing and therapeutic - I highly recommend her services!
